I work with most personal training clients in MyFittGyms in Blessington & offer a variety of packages here. Each personal training block is 4 weeks long.
Each block includes:
- 24/7 support through text/call/email.
- A tailored nutrition plan, using your preferences, which revolves around your training schedule.
- Supplement advice.
- A suggested programme of workouts to follow around your personal training sessions.
- Your 4 best sessions are sent to you so that you can return to practice these afterwards.
- A full body assessment & progress photos are taken at the beginning & end of each block with weekly check ins by text/app.
