I work with most personal training clients in Kill Fitness in Kill, Co.Kildare just 20 minutes from Dublin & offer a variety of packages here. Each personal training block is 4 weeks long minimum. Pricing structures may vary depending on goals & package length
Each block includes:
- 24/7 support through text/call/email.
- Nutritional support using an online food diary with weekly goals & feedback.
- Supplemental advice.
- A suggested programme of workouts to follow around your personal training sessions, or to follow after we finish if you hope to transition to online coaching.
- Your 4 best sessions are always sent to you so that you can return to practice these afterwards.
- A full body assessment &progress photos are taken at the beginning & end of each block with weekly check ins by text/app.
