As a qualified personal trainer and nutritional health coach graduate, I strive to improve ones relationship with themselves by empowering them with education, support & creating a positive environment.
I help my clients (& audience) learn how to break down their limiting beliefs, surpass comfort zone boundaries, and build self confidence through weekly coaching based on personalised nutrition plans, training programmes, and mindset tasks. The focus is on how we can optimise our health & performance whilst building a balance, then naturally comes body confidence & aesthetic progressions.
